The main contents include

1.newly added25A cosmetic pigment for hair dyeing that is allowed to be used abroad and has guaranteed safety.

2.Integrate the tar pigment in the original schedule I and the pigment other than tar pigment in the original schedule II.Tar pigments and other pigments do not need to be classified and managed according to other uses,Integrated management will be carried out.
