two From the date of this announcement,The newly registered or filed cosmetics have not been inspected,Should be in accordance with standard Carry out inspection and issue inspection report as required by regulations The inspection has been carried out or the overseas laboratory has completed the sunscreen inspection and issued the inspection report,The inspection report can continue to be used in the registration or filing of cosmetics.Registered or filed products,Original inspection items and standard abhorrent,Within one year after the publication of this announcement,according to standard Specified inspection item requirements Except for human safety inspection items ,Supplement and complete the inspection of corresponding inspection items.Supplement the completed inspection report,It shall be submitted at the time of the application for extension of the validity of the product administrative license,Or provide for future reference when the product is filed and confirmed to continue production.
three since2019year11month1From the day,The relevant qualifications of cosmetics administrative licensing inspection institutions or domestic non special purpose cosmetics filing inspection institutions that have previously obtained the qualification recognized or designated by the original food and drug regulatory department shall be automatically terminated,Relevant inspection institutions shall not continue to accept the registration or filing inspection of cosmetics in the name of the originally recognized or designated qualification.
