Article 8 Producers and other business operators find that the consumer goods they produce and operate are under one of the following circumstances,It shall report to the local provincial market supervision and administration department within two working days from the date of discovery

Article 9 The producer finds that the consumer goods may be defective,Investigation and analysis should be organized immediately.

The market supervision and administration department at or above the provincial level believes that there may be defects in consumer goods that are sufficient to cause serious consequences or have a wide range of impact,Defect investigation can be organized directly.

Producers and other business operators shall cooperate with the defect investigation carried out by the market supervision and administration department,Provide information required for investigation Consumer goods and special equipment, etc.

The producer received a recall notice,That consumer goods are defective,The recall should be implemented immediately.

After receiving the objection, the market supervision and administration department shall review the relevant materials,Organize relevant technical institutions or experts to conduct inspection when necessary testing Identify defects by means of identification or demonstration,And inform the producer of the determination results.It is determined that consumer goods have defects,The producer shall immediately implement the recall.

Article 16 Other business operators receive the notice from the producer,The operation of defective consumer goods shall be stopped immediately,And assist producers to implement recall.

The producer carries out the recall in accordance with the notice of the market supervision and administration department,The recall plan shall be reported to the market supervision and administration department that notified the recall within 10 working days from the date of receiving the notice.
