one At the time of product registration or filing,Affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control policy in the countries or regions where imported cosmetics manufacturers are located,Submitted to the manufacturer of imported cosmetics region Or country of origin region Production and sales certificate It is really difficult for the original of good production practices and other supporting documents of cosmetics enterprises,Copies of relevant documents can be submitted.The responsible unit or domestic responsible person reporting in China shall provide relevant written instructions at the same time,And promised to supplement and submit the corresponding original after the end of the epidemic.

two If it is found that the copies of relevant documents submitted during registration or filing are fraudulent,It shall be handled according to the relevant provisions on false declaration.Failing to submit the corresponding original within the time limit after the end of the epidemic situation,The administrative license of relevant products will not be extended or the product record will be cancelled.
