Imported cosmetics for non special purposes that have obtained administrative license through the original registration and filing platform,The responsible unit or domestic responsible person applying for the original administrative license in China may apply before the expiry of the administrative license of the product,Supplement relevant requirements according to data,Submit paper materials to the administrative acceptance service agency of the State Food and Drug Administration,The receiving certificate shall be issued after the data form review by the administrative acceptance service department.
