[2021] No. 422), "the local regulatory authority shall cancel the filing of relevant registered products unclaimed as of March 31, 2022", Our bureau has cancelled the filing of Guangzhou domestic ordinary cosmetics (see the appendix for the list of products) that have not been filed on the original filing platform (domestic non special purpose cosmetics filing information management system) through the new filing platform (cosmetics registration and filing information service platform) of the State Drug Administration as of July 6, 2022.

If your unit thinks that the specific administrative act of our bureau in the cancellation of the record infringes your legitimate rights and interests, you can apply for administrative reconsideration to the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government (address: 2nd Floor, Jinhe Building, No. 183, Xiaobei Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, Tel: 83555988) or Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration (address: 2nd of 753, Dongfeng East Road, Guangzhou, Tel: 37886888) within 60 days from the date of receiving this circular; Or directly file an administrative lawsuit with Guangzhou Railway Transport Court within six months from the date of receiving this circular. (In accordance with the provisions of the Circular of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Matters Related to the Unified Exercise of Administrative Reconsideration Duties by People's Governments at or above the County Level (YFH [2021] No. 99), from June 1, 2021, people's governments at or above the county level will exercise administrative reconsideration duties in a unified manner, and it is recommended to apply to the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government for administrative reconsideration.)
